The Anti-Stigma Institute conference, held in Washington D.C. from April 7 to April 9, provided Ashley Wilson, RN, with invaluable training focused on reducing stigma associated with substance use disorders (SUD).

The Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) is requesting proposals to serve as a software vendor for NurtureOhio data management platform on behalf of the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM). NurtureOhio is a key technology contributing to Ohio’s goal to improve maternal and infant health outcomes, especially Medicaid members who are at risk of preterm birth, infant mortality, and severe maternal morbidity.

GRC was excited to join healthcare and technology leaders from around the world at the 2025 HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition in Las Vegas, held March 3–6.

In January, Alyssa Antonini, PhD, and Nikki Schnitzler, PhD, represented the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) at the International Conference on Health Policy Statistics (ICHPS), held January 6-8 in sunny San Diego, CA. The event brought together statisticians, health policy experts, and researchers to address the challenges of evaluating health policies through advanced statistical methods and innovative approaches.

The Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) was honored to participate in the 17th Annual Conference on the Science of Dissemination and Implementation in Health, held in Arlington, VA, from December 8-11, 2024. Co-hosted by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and AcademyHealth, the conference brought together experts from across the country to share innovative approaches to improving health outcomes.
