Cindy Sobieski is an Assistant Director at the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center, overseeing the Informatics section. She brings over a decade of experience leading research and evaluation portfolios in the public sector. She has spent her career helping organizations make evidence-based decisions, most recently at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, where she shaped agency-wide research strategy and managed global portfolios of research studies and evaluations in transportation, energy, and health. Prior to that, she worked for the World Bank’s Development Impact Evaluation group, where she managed experimental and quasi-experimental studies in Bangladesh and Rwanda.
Cindy holds two masters degrees, one in Development Economics and International Business and another in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition, both from Tufts University, and a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Society from Cornell University.
