Sharline Martin joined the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) in December 2024 as a senior project manager. Sharline is an experienced professional with clinical RN, business analysis, project management, and nonprofit leadership experience. She has worked as a clinical RN in various clinical disciplines in large health care systems. Her most recent clinical experience is clinical cardiology and case management. Sharline will be leading various GRC projects including quality improvement projects to facilitate better clinical outcomes.
Sharline has experience as a business analyst, project leader, product owner, and clinical subject matter expert in projects related to health care electronic records, voice of the customer, and process and product improvement. She has experience working on projects in waterfall, hybrid, and agile/scrum methodologies.
Sharline holds a master’s degree in science and nursing (MSN) and a master’s in business administration (MBA). She is a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) and a certified project management professional (PMP). In her free time, Sharline is actively involved in her community and serves as a board member in various nonprofit organizations. She currently serves as the Vice President (VP) of outreach for the project management institute of southwest Ohio Chapter.
