Senior Project Manager

Tina Mooney assumed the role of Senior Project Manager at the Government Resource Center in December 2023. She leads pivotal behavioral health projects like OhioRise and BH CAP. With a career dedicated to non-profit and public sectors, she champions evidence-based programs improving health outcomes. Her expertise spans substance abuse, behavioral health, chronic conditions, and better access to social services. 
 
Tina is passionate about equity within the healthcare system and ensuring that everyone has access to quality care and providers have the tools they need to deliver it. She is excited to move into the health policy side at the GRC and support projects that help inform the work on the ground. 
  
Certified as a Health Education Specialist (CHES) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), Tina holds a BS in Health Education and Promotion from Ball State University and an MPH specializing in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University's Fairbanks School of Public Health. 
Tina's dedication, diverse skill set, and academic achievements make her an invaluable asset at GRC. In her free time, Tina enjoys playing board games, doing trivia, and spending time with her husband and their two cats Selene and Daisy.
