Caitlin joined the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) in May 2025 as a Research Consultant in the Instrumental Data section.  She is currently working on the SUD 1115 Waiver Evaluation and Data Analytics projects. She has experience in performing a variety of statistical analyses on large data sets using R.

Prior to joining GRC, Caitlin worked as a Research Analyst at the National Cancer Institute. She performed epidemiological research focused on the interplay between diet, metabolism, the microbiome and their effects on cancer risks. During her graduate work, she worked with a cancer epidemiologist studying how access to care influences outcomes in pediatric and adolescent cancer patients. She was also part of the development of a local surveillance and rapid response system for addressing COVID-19 and other health misinformation with the Health Communication Research Laboratory at Washington University in St. Louis.

Caitlin received her Master of Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis with a specialization in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. She holds a BA in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
