The Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) is requesting proposals to serve as a software vendor for NurtureOhio data management platform on behalf of the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM). NurtureOhio is a key technology contributing to Ohio’s goal to improve maternal and infant health outcomes, especially Medicaid members who are at risk of preterm birth, infant mortality, and severe maternal morbidity. Form submissions on NurtureOhio ensure continuity of Medicaid coverage, identify key perinatal risk factors, and connect at-risk pregnant individuals to community resources.
If a suitable offer is made in response to this RFP, OSU may enter a contract (the Contract) to have the selected Bidder (the Contractor) perform the Work. This RFP provides details on what is required to submit a Proposal for the Work, how The Ohio State University (OSU) will evaluate the Proposals, and what will be required of the Contractor in performing the Work. This RFP also gives the estimated dates for the various events in the submission process, selection process, and performance of the Work. While these dates are subject to change, prospective Bidders must be prepared to meet them as they currently stand.
